To date, customer service has been excellent: staff are on hand at all times to answer our queries. If they can't help with more technical issues they consult their own experts, and report back as quickly as possible. We have requested some minor 'tweaks' to the system which have been adopted very quickly. We've found no obstacles in using the system. It's so efficient that implementation has been backed by all staff.
Learning Assistant's IV system is very good, showing full traceability of the IV process with candidate/assessor feed-back. The system shows assessment plans, and units are verified in an automated way - very useful!
